Kamara Benjamin is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in enhancing advertising and discovery solutions for major technology companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management, Discovery at Etsy since May 2023, Kamara leads initiatives to improve personalized recommendations and streamline shopping experiences. Previously, Kamara held significant roles at Twitter, including Director of Product Management, Performance Ads, where strategic enhancements in advertising drove substantial conversion improvements, and at Snap Inc. as Product Lead, Ads Machine Learning, focusing on machine learning applications for ad targeting. With prior experience at Microsoft leading product strategies across various platforms and a background as an adjunct professor at Bellevue College, Kamara holds a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Florida and the University of Ottawa, respectively.
