Shea L.

Shea L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic program management and trust and safety initiatives, currently serving as Director of Strategic Programs at Etsy since March 2016. In previous roles at Etsy, Shea held multiple titles including Director of Trust & Safety Strategic Initiatives and Senior Program Manager for both Trust & Safety Strategy and Seller Standards and Risk. Prior to joining Etsy, Shea served as Executive Director at fiberflame and as an Upper School English Teacher at Woodstock Day School. Shea's early career included a position as a student teacher at The Neighborhood School. Shea holds a BA in Writing, with a focus on Creative Non-Fiction and Fiction, from The New School, earned between 2005 and 2008.
