Jaakko Haavisto

Jaakko Haavisto is a seasoned software design engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development. Jaakko has worked as a Senior SW Design Engineer at Etteplan since April 2016, following the acquisition of Espotel, where Jaakko also held the same title from April 2015 to April 2016. Prior to this, Jaakko was employed at Broadcom and Renesas Mobile Corporation, developing features for wireless 4G LTE modems. Jaakko's career began at Nokia, where various roles included Engineering and Design Engineering for both 2G and 4G wireless modems, contributing to the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software. Jaakko holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Embedded Real-Time Software from Raahe Institute of Computer Engineering.
