Romina Fringes is an experienced Elearning Specialist currently working at Etteplan since September 2022, focusing on technical communications services and consulting. Previously, Romina held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Accenture Argentina, contributing to the design of learning strategies for an international change management project related to software implementation. Romina's extensive experience in learning and development spans over a decade at Naranja, where roles included Senior Training Content Analyst and Training Planning Analyst, with responsibilities such as creating diverse learning content and organizing training sessions for employees. Romina began a career in customer service at Cobranzas Regionales and holds a Licentiate degree in Social Communication from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, along with certificates in UX/UI design and Graphic design.
