Tuomas Uusikauppila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the defense and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Sales Director Finland and Head of Global Defence Cluster Development at Etteplan since June 2022, Tuomas has previously held senior roles at companies such as DS Smith, HENSOLDT, and Insta ILS Oy, where responsibilities included key account management, sales strategy, and marketing.
