Claire Chang

Claire Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, innovation, and leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at igniteXL Ventures, Claire focuses on fostering innovation at the intersection of health and technology. In addition to this role, Claire contributes to the National Retail Federation's Innovation Advisory Committee and serves as an Advisory Group Member for the Howe Innovation Center at the Perkins School for the Blind. Claire also holds positions as a Board Observer at ettitude and a Board Member at buywith, both emphasizing sustainability and innovative retail solutions. Previously, Claire has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Managing Director at igniteXL Global Accelerator and Chairperson of the Board for the Asian Business League of San Francisco. Claire holds a Master's degree in International Relations with a Professional Emphasis in International Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University.
