Project Management and Coordination

The Project Management and Coordination team at eu-LISA is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale IT system projects in the area of freedom, security, and justice. This team ensures that all project requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained. They also coordinate across various stakeholders to facilitate interoperability and continuous operational management of systems such as Eurodac, the Schengen Information System (SIS II), and others under eu-LISA's purview.
