Ravena Amaral is currently working as an Analista de Gente e Gestão Pleno at Eu Médico Residente, where Ravena acts as an internal consultant to align People Management practices with departmental goals. Previously, Ravena worked at loomi as a People and Wellness professional, focusing on employee growth and well-being.
