Neven Marinovic

Neven Marinovic has extensive work experience in the fields of social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and impact economy. Currently, they are a member of the "Council for Social Entrepreneurship" for the Government of the Republic of Serbia, where they oversee the implementation of social entrepreneurship legislation. Neven has also served as the President of Euclid Network, an organization focused on social enterprises. Neven has held executive director positions at SMart Kolektiv and Forum za odgovorno poslovanje, where they led the organizations in their respective missions. Additionally, they have been an advisory board member for NALED - National Alliance for Local Economic Development and Social Impact Award. Neven has worked as an expert/consultant in various capacities and has been a public speaker on corporate social responsibility and impact business globally. Neven started their career as a campaign manager at Quartet Advertising and worked as a project assistant at Civic Initiatives/Građanske inicijative.

Neven Marinovic has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Arts Belgrade, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fakultet Dramskih Umetnosti, specifically focusing on the Faculty of Drama Arts. Marinovic dedicated their time to this program until 2002.

In 2011, Marinovic attended the Harvard Kennedy School of Government for an executive education course. This specific program, titled "Strategic Management for Leaders of NGOs," provided him with valuable insights into the field of strategic management within the context of non-governmental organizations.

Looking ahead, Marinovic has plans to further their education. Neven is currently an MBA candidate at ESMT Berlin, beginning their studies in 2022. This MBA program will give him the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of business. Their anticipated graduation year is 2024.
