Andrea Dee Lawrence

Andrea D. Lawrence is a Senior Vice President at Euclid Transactional. She is responsible for underwriting representations and warranties insurance policies for the complex US and cross-border transactions and brings over 10 years of experience across the legal, financial services, insurance, and venture capital industries. Prior to joining Euclid, Andrea held various roles including an M&A Senior Underwriter in Tokio Marine HCC’s New York office and an M&A and Corporate Group Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Andrea received her JD-ILA/MBA (JD with specialization in International Legal Affairs and MBA) from Cornell University and her BA in English Literature from UCLA, magna cum laude.
