Daniella Smith has a strong legal background, starting as a Trainee before becoming an Associate and eventually a Managing Associate at Addleshaw Goddard. Daniella is currently serving as the General Counsel and Claims Officer EMEA at Euclid Transactional. Their experience includes handling commercial litigation, arbitration, contractual disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, and professional negligence claims in the English High Court and International Arbitration.
