Jay Rittberg

Jay Rittberg is the managing principal at Euclid Transactional and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jay has held various positions including Senior Vice President- Americas M&A Manager at AIG, Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Insurance at Chartis, and Division Counsel at Chartis. Prior to their work in the insurance industry, Jay was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Jay has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Tufts University.

Jay Rittberg received their JD from the University of Pennsylvania and their BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
