Sylvie Reynier

Sylvie Reynier has extensive experience in management roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of the Vaillant Business Unit at EUCLIDE INDUSTRIE since November 2021, Reynier oversees operations specializing in assembly, precision machining, and metalworking across sites in Brive and Veauche, managing a team of 100. Previously, Reynier was the COO at Texelis from 2016 to 2020, focusing on high-performance axles for public transport and defense, collaborating with major clients such as ALSTOM and VOLVO Group. Reynier's career began at Edscha, where roles included Plant Manager, responsible for a facility with a €30M turnover and managing significant production launches. Educational qualifications include a Mechanical Engineer degree from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and an Executive MBA from ICN Business School.
