Melanie Wahl

Melanie Wahl, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Policy Adviser (External Consultant) at MedTech Europe since April 2025 and is the Managing Director at Fractal Consulting since April 2021, where consulting projects focus on humanitarian demining and ammunition management. Previously, Melanie held multiple leadership roles at Acumen Public Affairs from November 2020 to August 2024, guiding the Global Health team on key policy issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Manager for Brazil at Speyside, managing a large team and representing the firm at high-level events, as well as fellowships at prestigious institutions such as the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and Yale Law School. Melanie holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, alongside several relevant degrees in international studies and law.
