Anne Karthaus

Anne Karthaus has a strong background in human resources and management development. Anne is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Eucon Group since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Bertelsmann Accounting Services from March 2021 to December 2022. Anne also worked at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Corporate HR & Bertelsmann Investments from January 2019 to March 2021, Director of Corporate HR from January 2016 to December 2018, and Director of Corporate Management Development from December 2014 to December 2015. Before joining Bertelsmann, they were the Team Lead for Employer Branding & Recruiting at Medienfabrik Gütersloh GmbH, now known as Territory Embrace, from July 2011 to July 2014.

Anne Karthaus attended the Dehner Academy from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Business Coaching. Prior to this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Communication Studies at the University of Münster, completing their education in 2012. In 2004 to 2005, they studied English Language and Literature at the University of Portsmouth.
