Sebastian Thimm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer operations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Eucon Group since September 2022, Sebastian also contributes as a Community Member at 2hearts. Previously, Sebastian held leadership roles, including Head of Operations at Neodigital Versicherung AG, where responsibilities encompassed operations and product management, and Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager at Generali Deutschland AG, focusing on innovative project management.
