Andrew Soren

Andrew Soren is a seasoned leader in positive psychology and organizational development, serving as the Founder and CEO of Eudaimonic by Design since January 2019. Soren has been an Assistant Instructor for the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania since September 2013. In addition, Soren held the role of Co-Chair for the 8th IPPA World Congress on Positive Psychology in 2023. Previous experience includes Senior Advisor positions at GCL Advisory and BMO Financial Group, where Soren focused on leadership development, engagement strategy, and cultural transformation. Soren's career also spans roles in theatre production and administration, with a strong educational foundation in positive psychology and coaching.
