Duncan Ferguson

Duncan Ferguson, MAPP, serves as an Advisor at Eudaimonic by Design since May 2023, focusing on enhancing stakeholder engagement and ethical excellence. With a diverse background in positive change initiatives, Duncan has co-facilitated workshops for the International Positive Psychology Association and contributed to significant Appreciative Inquiry Summits across Ohio and Florida. Duncan's expertise is backed by extensive professional development in coaching and positive psychology, including certifications from CRR Global and Case Western Reserve University. Additionally, Duncan has held leadership roles, such as Director of Resident Engagement at Communities Together Inc. and has a strong educational foundation with a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
