Nicholas Frank

Nicholas (Nic) Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture change and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CulturAlchemy and Director at Perspicacious Consulting, Nicholas also holds roles at ProSocial World, the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and Luminary Mindset®. As an Executive Coach and Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, Nicholas contributes to societal innovation and thought leadership. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Eudaimonia Consulting Ltd and the Seabury Group, where Nicholas focused on client learning needs analysis and development of organizational strategies across multiple industries, including aviation and finance. Nicholas holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Adelaide and has pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania.
