Ozge Kantas Yorulmazlar

Ozge Kantas Yorulmazlar, Ph.D., CP, PAT, is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. John Fisher University, where research and courses focus on motivation and well-being. With extensive experience as the Founder and Principal Consultant at PsychoSocial, Ozge assists individuals and organizations in achieving growth and sustainable well-being through motivation research and action methods. As a Senior Scientist at Wellbees, Ozge led research processes aligned with positive psychology and mental health goals. Other roles include advising for Eudaimonic by Design, mentoring startups at EntreCom, and providing community mental health crisis support at the University of Rochester. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, an MS in Psychology, and a BS in Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
