Rosie Hancock is a highly experienced professional in the fields of coaching, consulting, and academia, currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire since September 2020 while pursuing a PhD focused on resilience and wellbeing at work. Concurrently, Rosie is a consultant at PeopleWise and operates RJ Hancock Associates, specializing in executive and career coaching to empower individuals and organizations. Additional roles include adviser at Eudaimonic by Design, where the emphasis is on fostering engagement and ethical excellence, and a past lecturer in Applied Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.
