Kat McCartney has over a decade of experience in customer service and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Detective with the Eugene Police Department since January 2020, Kat previously held the position of Assistant Store Manager at Comcast from January 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experiences and promoting product knowledge. Earlier career roles include Mobile Sales Lead at Best Buy and PBX Operator/Reservations Agent at Golden Entertainment, Inc. Kat holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Lane Community College, attended Mohave Community College, and has demonstrated a commitment to high standards of service and productivity throughout the career.
