Noelan Smith

Noelan Smith has extensive experience in law enforcement and military service. Currently serving as a Police Officer with the Eugene Police Department since November 2018, Noelan also holds a position in the Oregon Army National Guard as an HH-60M Pilot and has served as an All Source Intelligence Officer and Infantryman since May 2011. Previous roles include Deputy Sheriff with Lane County Government from October 2014 to November 2018, and Officer at Lane Community College's Department of Public Safety from June 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included bicycle patrol and ensuring safety on campus. Additionally, Noelan worked as a Police Officer with the West Linn Police Department from March 2009 to August 2010 and as a Salesman at Kendall Auto Group from March 2011 to June 2012. Noelan's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Crime, Law, and Society from the University of Oregon and an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer Degree from Lane Community College.
