Ronald Tinseth serves as a Lieutenant in Finance and Administration for the Eugene Police Department since February 1997, overseeing a team of civilian and sworn staff. Ronald briefly held the position of Environmental Project Manager at the Eugene Airport in 2015, focusing on compliance with environmental regulations. From 2007 to 2013, Ronald was the President of Willamette Valley Companies Construction, managing general construction projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Wildlife Biologist for the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Bushnell University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Arizona State University, along with completion of the Senior Management Institute of Police.
