Brian Booth

Brian Booth is an accomplished energy resource professional currently serving as the Chief Energy Resource Officer at Eugene Water & Electric Board since February 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Senior Manager of Rates, Economics, and Energy Risk Management at Snohomish County PUD, where responsibilities included providing economic analysis and recommendations for power supply and policy issues. Brian's extensive experience also includes roles as Energy Projects Supervisor and Energy Policy Specialist at the City of Richland, where responsibilities encompassed supervising engineering teams and leading financial planning efforts. Prior to these roles, Brian contributed as a Utility Specialist at Ciber and served as Assistant Power Resource Engineer/Economist at Cowlitz County PUD. Brian holds an MBA from Washington State University and a B.S. in Economics from Portland State University.
