Chad Hadley

Chad Hadley is an experienced Power Trader currently employed at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) since August 2016. Previously, Chad served as a Power Trader at We Energies for a decade, where responsibilities included minimizing the net cost of serving retail and wholesale electric load obligations and supporting the reliable operations of the company's bulk electric system. Chad's engineering background includes roles as a Senior Engineer at We Energies overseeing multimillion-dollar maintenance and budget programs for electric distribution and as an Associate Engineer at Bechtel, providing support for nuclear operations. Chad began a career in the U.S. Navy as an Electrician's Mate, handling nuclear operations on a fast attack submarine. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
