Joe Hull

Joe Hull has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist III at Eugene Water & Electric Board since May 2024. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Midstate Electric Cooperative for nearly a decade, holding various positions including Energy Services Executive, where responsibilities involved supervising energy efficiency and Key Accounts programs, as well as evaluating new programs and technologies related to efficiency and electrification. Joe also served as Marketing Manager, where oversight included energy efficiency initiatives, member relations, and organizational planning. Earlier experience includes roles at Coach Glass and Western Tool Supply, with an educational background in Energy Management from Lane Community College.
