Lainie Knutsen, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in HR and management roles spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Eugene Water & Electric Board since November 2022, Lainie previously held positions at PenFed Credit Union as a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Human Resources Representative at All Around The World.
