Thomasina Bates

Thomasina "Tomi" Bates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) since August 2019, Tomi focuses on collaboration software and bill pay portal improvements, including leading a Jira product implementation.
