EUGEN MAI operates as an outsourced film production department for brands, agencies and creative teams across Europe.

Led by independent producer and director Eugen Mai, productions are built through a close network of proven collaborators - cinematographers, directors, editors and specialists who regularly work on international commercials and film productions.

Instead of a traditional production company structure, each project brings together the right people from this network. Small, experienced teams that know how to work together and are used to operating at campaign level.

This approach allows brands to work with a dedicated film department without the overhead of maintaining one internally - flexible, direct and built around the needs of each production.

Over the years, this network has grown through long-standing collaborations across Germany and Europe, connecting experienced filmmakers, trusted partners and leading industry heads who share a similar approach to the craft.

Working in this structure often creates a natural continuity between productions. Once the first project is completed and workflows are established, many collaborations evolve into ongoing partnerships and retainers. The teams already know the brand, the creative direction and the production process - allowing content to be produced consistently, efficiently and at a high level over time.

Projects and collaborations include work for brands such as:
Mercedes-Benz, Red Bull, IKEA, Hyundai, Hublot, Mastercard, Samsung, Miele, L’Oréal, Maybelline, Babbel, Land Rover, Volkswagen, and many more..
