Prior experience includes a brief tenure as an International Business Development professional at Hirect, where responsibilities involved client prospecting in the USA. Riya's earlier roles include a Human Resources Internship at Shine Projects, focusing on recruitment campaigns and personnel onboarding, and as an HR Counselor Intern at Gurukulam Global Education, where tasks included lead generation and tracking. Riya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from GLA University and a BBA from the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi.
