Boris Klofat

Boris Klofat began their work experience in 1997 as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen. In 1997, they transitioned to Ericsson, where they held various roles including Team Leader, Operational Product Manager, Senior Software Designer, and Senior Verification Engineer. Boris joined EUMETSAT in 2004 as a Software Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

Boris Klofat has a diverse education history. Boris started their academic journey at Konrad Adenauer Gymnasium Meckenheim, where they studied from 1980 to 1989. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at RWTH Aachen University in 1990. Boris pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with Technical Computer Science and graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. (M.S.E.E.) in 1996. During this time, they also had a study abroad experience at Università degli Studi di Genova from 1995 to 1996, focusing on Electrical Engineering.

In 1998, Boris decided to expand their knowledge and ventured into the field of Economics. Boris joined FernUniversität in Hagen for further studies, although the specific degree attained during this period is not provided. Boris Klofat completed their economics education in 2004.
