Víctor Sierra Urueña has a diverse work experience history. Víctor started their career as a private tutor in 2012, where they taught subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, and Technology to secondary and high school students. In 2015, they became an R&D Engineer at the European Space Agency, where they were part of the BOILUS team, responsible for designing and building a payload for microgravity testing. In 2017, Víctor worked as an Operations Control Centre Data Analyst at Vueling Airlines, where they calculated weekly and monthly KPIs for the Operations Control Centre.
