Katerina Goros

Katerina Goros has extensive work experience in various roles related to Human Resources and Business Transformation. Katerina is currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Euna Solutions since 2022. Prior to this, Katerina was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head of Business Transformation at PureFacts Financial Solutions from 2020 to 2021. Before joining PureFacts, they held multiple Vice President positions at RBC, including roles in Business Transformation, Sales & Distribution, and Human Resources, spanning from 2006 to 2020. Katerina's career began at IBM in 1996, where they worked in Human Resources, Finance, and Consulting until 2006.

Katerina Goros has completed the Coaches Training Institute program to become a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach. Katerina also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition, they have a Masters of Business Administration degree from the same university.
