Roberto Pacios

Roberto Pacios is a seasoned professional in the field of electrochemical energy storage and research management, currently serving as Technology Manager at CIC energiGUNE since July 2020, overseeing research groups focused on battery prototyping and safety. Simultaneously, Roberto holds a position as an Assistant Professor at EUNEIZ, teaching Physics in the Physiotherapy program. Previously, contributions were made at IKERLAN from 2006 to 2020 as a Principal Scientist and Board Member, where responsibilities included managing national and European R&D projects and collaborating on strategic planning. Roberto's earlier roles included project leadership in photovoltaic energy research and post-doctoral research at Imperial College London. Roberto has an Executive MBA and a PhD in Physics, along with multiple certifications in project management and leadership.
