Tatsiana Maskalevich

Tatsiana Maskalevich is an accomplished data science leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science and Engineering at Netflix since March 2023, Tatsiana has previously held the position of Director of Data Science at Shopify, overseeing a team of over 150. In addition to these roles, Tatsiana contributes as an advisor at Euno and Wishi, as well as holding board membership at The Scandinavian School & Cultural Center. Tatsiana's career also includes significant roles at Stitch Fix, where innovative approaches to data science transformed retail experiences, and a foundational role at Silicon Valley Data Science. Academically, Tatsiana has pursued advanced studies in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
