Eupe Corporation Bhd
Ms Leow Peen Fong was appointed to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director on 5 September 2022. She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) before she retired from the position in November 2017. During her tenure in SPAN, she was involved in determining the policy and direction of the Malaysian water services industry reform from its conception which resulted in the passing of the Water Services Industry Act, 2006 to enforcement.
Prior to joining SPAN, she held various positions in the Ministry of Finance (MOF), where she worked on major restructuring exercises during the height of the Asian financial crisis of 1997/1998. She also served in the Ministry of Health (MOH) from 1981 to 1988, where she was responsible for the projection and management of manpower needs of the support services for the health sector.
