Marta Guarda is a Senior Researcher at Eurac Research, specializing in bi/plurilingual education, with a focus on enhancing the linguistic repertoires of primary school children and promoting socially just educational practices. Prior to this role, Marta served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Università degli Studi di Padova, investigating student experiences in English-medium instruction settings. Marta has an extensive background as a violinist, performing with various orchestras and chamber music ensembles from 1997 to 2020, while simultaneously instructing violin, music theory, and Italian. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Applied Linguistics and English Studies from the Università degli Studi di Padova and experience in coordinating European mobility programs and teaching English as a Foreign Language.
