Rosie Allan (Colandreo)

Rosie Allan has a strong background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Rosie is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Eurasia Group since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), including Senior Director of Talent Management, Learning, and Culture.

In their role at FINRA, Rosie was responsible for strengthening the organization's effectiveness through talent management, professional development, training, culture, and change management efforts. Rosie played a key role in driving the strategy and decisions of the HR function. Before joining FINRA, Rosie worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they served as the Senior Associate in different positions, including Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Resource Management Lead, and Strategic People Initiatives Lead.

Rosie's work experience also includes a role at MeadWestvaco Corporation as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Talent Management, focusing on performance management. Rosie led the design and implementation of a company-wide performance process spanning across strategic planning to compensation.

Earlier in their career, Rosie worked at Westvaco as the Technical and Operations Manager of the Global Data Center. Rosie managed operations and technical teams for the data center, including help desk, programing, scheduling, and hardware/software contracts and projects. Rosie started their career at Automatic Data Processing as a Technical Manager.

Rosie Allan completed their Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science/Org. Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in MIS/Economics from Old Dominion University from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Rosie obtained certifications including "Leading Through Personal Excellence" from Stanford University Graduate School of Business - ExecOnline, Inc. in August 2020, and "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School Executive Education - ExecOnline, Inc.
