Head Of Socioeconomic Analysis At Eurasian Fund For Stabilization And Development at Eurasian Development Bank

Artem Levenkov has a diverse work experience in the fields of economics and finance. Artem began their career as an External Lecturer at the Belarussian State Economic University in 2013. In 2012, they joined LLC Transover as a Deputy Director, where they served until 2014. In 2015, Levenkov joined the National Bank as a Lead Economist, a role they held until 2019. Currently, they are working at the Eurasian Development Bank, initially as an Economist from 2019 to 2021, and currently as the Head of Socioeconomic Analysis at the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development.

Artem Levenkov has an extensive education history in the field of economics. Artem began their academic journey in 2007 at Belarusian State Economic University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit in 2012. In the same year, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in English at Belarusian State University.

Artem further pursued their education at Belarusian State Economic University, completing a Master's degree in Economics and Management from 2012 to 2014. Artem then went on to pursue a PhD in Economics, specializing in Finance and Credit, at the same university from 2016 to 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Artem obtained several in-demand qualifications. In 2017, they completed a certification in Fiscal Policy Analysis from the Joint Vienna Institute. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Monetary Policy and Theory and Macroeconomic Diagnostics from the Study Center Gerzensee and the Joint Vienna Institute, respectively. Furthermore, Artem acquired expertise in Exchange Rate Policy from the Joint Vienna Institute in 2017. It is also worth mentioning that they completed a certification in Financial Programming and Policies, Part 2: Program Design, through edX, although the specific month and year are not provided.

Artem's commitment to academic excellence continues, as they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in International Economics at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
