Askar Biskultanov

Askar Biskultanov is currently working as the Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at ТОО "Фирма "ИнтерТехСтрой" since May 2013. Prior to this role, Askar held the position of Head of Finance at Temirbeton-1 LLP and Associate in Project Finance at Eurasian Development Bank. Askar also has experience as a Lead Specialist in Project Finance at AMAN Group of Companies as a Commercial Director. Askar completed a BSc in Economics from UCL after attending Rugby School.
