Sergey Arzumanov

Sergey Arzumanov has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Sergey started their career in 2010 at IFC Metropol, where they served as a Fixed Income and Derivatives Trader. Sergey engaged in flow and proprietary trading of various bonds and derivatives, as well as managed liquidity through money market trading. Arzumanov also worked as a Fixed Income Sales employee, where they expanded the client base and generated trade ideas. Sergey then joined Russkie Fondy in 2013 as a Portfolio Manager before moving to the Bank of Russia in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Trader until 2021. Currently, Arzumanov is employed at the Eurasian Development Bank as the Head of Fixed Income.

Sergey Arzumanov completed their Master's in Finance at the New Economic School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Urban Management from the State University of Management, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In terms of certifications, Sergey earned the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the GARP FRM Program in August 2019. Sergey also attained the CFA certification from the CFA Institute in 2016. Additionally, Sergey obtained the FCSM 1.0 (Broker, Dealer) certification from the Federal Commission on Securities Market (FCSM) in February 2011.
