Giovanna Benetati

Giovanna Benetati has a diverse background in human resources and operations management. Giovanna is currently the Head of the Human Resources Department at eureciclo, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to eureciclo, they worked as a Business Partner at the same company from March 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining eureciclo, Giovanna was the Head of Inside Sales and Marketing at CARGOBR from August 2019 to March 2020, where they played a crucial role in digitalizing the logistics ecosystem in Brazil and bringing in new clients through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Giovanna also served as the HR Manager at CARGOBR from May 2018 to March 2020, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining a scalable, simple, and effective growth culture within the company.

Prior to their roles at CARGOBR, Giovanna worked as a People and Operation specialist at Arena Strike, where they were involved in implementing and developing store processes, increasing sales, and managing the marketing and operation strategies of the store.

Giovanna gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection, training, development, and personnel administration.

Giovanna started their career in the nonprofit sector at Centro de Voluntariado Universitário - CVU, where they were involved in strategic management, organizing volunteer projects, events, and providing consultations to other nonprofit organizations. This experience was particularly meaningful to her.

Giovanna Benetati received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2012 to 2016. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on People Management at Faculdade Metropolitana. Giovanna also obtained certifications in various fields, including Introduction to Social Business from Yunus Social Business, Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer, Conscious Leadership from Instituto Terroá, and Social Impact Formation from Amani Institute.
