Dave Rossi has a diverse work experience. Dave started their career as a White House intern in 2000 before moving on to work as an executive assistant at Village Roadshow Pictures from 2004 to 2005. In 2011, they co-founded the Fortune Cookie Restaurant and worked there until 2016. From 2017 onwards, Dave held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Director of Resort Operations at Rising Star Sports Ranch Resort and Director of Resort Operations at Eureka Casino Resort. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Casino & Resort Operations at Eureka Casino Resort.
Dave Rossi completed their high school education at Loyola High School of Los Angeles, earning a high school diploma in 1999. Dave then attended Georgetown University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management. In 2008, Dave pursued a Master's degree in Management In Hospitality at Cornell University, which they completed in 2009.

About the Eureka Casino Resort: The only employee-owned casino in the State of Nevada, the Eureka Casino Resort is a newly renovated 214-room resort located in Mesquite, NV. The hotel recently renovated each guest room and built a resort pool and cabana with scenic views of Mesquite’s red-topped mesas. The casino is designed for guest comfort and features slot and video poker machines, table games including blackjack, craps, roulette, a sports book, and a newly remodeled bingo room.
