Marlin D. Mosher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, sales, and design. Currently serving as Executive Admin Food & Beverage at Eureka Casino Resort since February 2018, Marlin also owns and serves as Chief Designer at Average Joe Bikes, specializing in classic motorcycle design. Previous roles include Regional Store and Marketing Manager at Redstone Olive Oil and Direct Sales at TDS Telecommunications LLC. Marlin's career also encompasses significant management and training responsibilities at Luxottica, multimedia account management at Gannett, and business-to-business advertising sales at Carr Printing Company. Marlin holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Eagle Gate College-Murray and has additional educational experience from Roy High School and the University of Phoenix.

The hotel recently renovated each guest room and built a resort pool and cabana with scenic views of Mesquite’s red-topped mesas.
