Ishibashi Junya

Ishibashi Junya is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and digital markets. Currently serving as Board Director and Advisor at 株式会社エウレカ since July 2013, Ishibashi previously held the position of CEO, contributing significantly to the growth of Pairs/Eureka from a small startup to a thriving enterprise. From April 2019 to March 2023, Ishibashi led Match Group’s operations in East Asia as General Manager, where efforts focused on brand growth, new brand development, and strategic acquisitions. Prior experience includes a directorial role at T-Garden, Inc. and an early career as a Software Engineer at MRI, Inc. Ishibashi's educational background includes studies in architecture at Tokyo University of Science.
