Terry Webb

A hands-on, proactive leader, Terry believes in surrounding himself with smart colleagues and empowering others for mutual growth and success. As President of Eureka, he advocates consistency, quality, safety, and ethics. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University but pivoted his career trajectory to join his father-in-law at Eureka in 1982. Terry completed his glazing apprenticeship in 1985 and accepted a trustee position on the Apprentice Board of Trustees, beginning his career of industry service.

Terry serves on the AIA/GBCA Joint Committee, as co-chair of the boards of the Architectural Glass Institute and National Architectural Glass & Metal Association, and as treasurer and board member of the Architectural Glass & Metal Association. Terry has participated on national and local craftsperson training boards, including the Finishing Contractors Association of North America. He participated in development and review for the North American Contractor Certification (NACC) program and provided input during design development for Holoform® interior glass.
