Katie Drews

Katie Drews is the Senior Vice President at Eureka Recycling. Katie has previously worked as the Chief Experience Officer at Avenica from June 2018 to May 2021, the Brand Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from March 2017 to June 2018, and the Marketing Manager and Team Project Manager at Hamline University from October 2012 to March 2017. In their role as the Undergraduate Marketing Manager at Hamline University, Katie was responsible for leading marketing and communications efforts in support of undergraduate enrollment and developing retention strategies for undergraduate student populations. Katie also ensured that data-driven decisions were being made regarding undergraduate enrollment efforts through analysis of awareness rates, enrollment and inquiry data, demographics, and other key marketing metrics. As the Team Project Manager, Katie coordinated, assigned, and tracked deliverables and oversaw workflow for the Strategic Communications team. Katie also established and managed relationships with preferred print, video, and web vendors and coordinated projects undertaken by vendors.

Katie Drews has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hamline University in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Hamline University in Business Administration, Marketing and Management.
