Jose Fiallos, MSOD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience overseeing human resources functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Eureka! Restaurant Group, Jose manages HR operations for a company with 1,900 employees and multiple brands. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Fisker Inc, where global HR strategies were developed, and Director of People & Culture at XPRIZE, which involved designing compensation strategies. As the founder of Prescreen.AI, innovative AI-driven hiring solutions were established. Throughout a comprehensive career, Jose has held key HR positions at ARYZTA, OSI Systems, T-Mobile, and AT&T Mobility, focusing on talent acquisition, cultural integration, and diversity initiatives. Jose holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University.
