Shahar A.

Shahar A. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, Shahar worked as a Store Manager at Blockbuster Israel until 2009. In 2009, Shahar transitioned to NMCunited Entertainment and held the position of VP Marketing & System administrator at TOWER-RECORDS Israel. In this role, Shahar managed 12 Blockbuster and Tower Records stores, oversaw sales, HR, and customer service, and was responsible for employee training and sales instruction. In 2012, Shahar joined Cyvera LTD as the Head of customer service and support, where they handled all aspects of service and technical support for clients. Shahar also managed product characterization, configuration, and the IT department. Starting in 2014, Shahar worked at Palo Alto Networks Israel in various roles, including E-TAC Engineer, where they led support and partner enablement for new features, and Manager, Manual QA, where they managed a team transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology. Later, Shahar became a Technical Product Manager, responsible for defining requirements, leading scrum teams, and monitoring progress. From 2020 to 2022, Shahar worked at OTORIO, first as a Product Manager, and later as a Senior Product Manager. Currently, Shahar holds the role of Product Manager at Eureka Security since 2022.

Shahar A. began their education at The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute, where they obtained a certification in Fitness instruction from 2003 to 2004. From 2005 to 2008, Shahar attended Tel Aviv University and earned a B.A degree with a field of study in Cinema and Television. Following this, they pursued a certification in MCITP - Network Management & Information Security at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011.
